Responsibilities as AI & Data Product Analyst

As an AI & Data Product Analyst, you will play a central role in Husqvarna's global initiative on AI, data, and automation. The role is perfect for you who are at the beginning of your career and want to combine technology, analysis, structure, process development, and communication. You will become part of Husqvarna's Enterprise AI organization, an international team of approximately 40 people driving AI initiatives across the group.

You will work in the team responsible for creating guidelines, structure, processes, and portfolio management for Husqvarna's AI work, with a focus on making it easier for the entire organization to understand, use, and succeed with AI services.

Examples of responsibilities:

• Create, update, and structure training materials, guides, and documentation within AI and analyst services.
• Conduct workshops, Lunch & Learn sessions, and support onboarding in teams.
• Collect and structure user feedback.
• Structure and ensure quality of user stories, requirements, and user flows.
• Work in Jira and SharePoint with backlog, funnel, and dashboards.
• Participate in workshops, gather requirements, and support business analysts.
• Ensure order in documentation and information surfaces.

Qualifications

For the role of AI & Data Product Analyst, we are looking for someone who has:

• A university degree in Business, Data, Engineering, or similar.
• A strong interest in AI, data, and automation.
• Fluent English in both speech and writing.

• Basic understanding of AI concepts.

What does the intro program entail?

When you start the program, you do so together with several other people who are in the same phase of their careers. The group consists of participants from different departments and roles, giving you both a broad network and a strong community from the start.

Parallel to your regular tasks at Husqvarna, you will participate in a structured training program that creates security, personal development, and a broad understanding of the business. The goal is to give you the best possible start for your continued career.
